Downsizing: Moving with Ease

Seniors Real Estate Specialist® Elisa Guida will discuss the home-selling process for active adults looking to retire, downsize, or join a senior living community. Lunch will be served following the presentation. This event is free and open to the public, but an RSVP is required, and attendance will be limited to 10 registrants.

“Tech 101” talks are designed to raise older adults’ comfort level with modern technology like smartphone apps, online payment platforms and social media. Sessions take place on the fourth Tuesday of the month and cover topics like online safety and common tech trouble spots. Guests are encouraged to bring in their devices if they need assistance with something specific. Free and open to the public, but an RSVP is required, and space is limited.
