Arbor View offers private studio and one-bedroom apartments within its independent and assisted living community. The entire community is single-level, and all apartments feature ground-level access with private walk-out patios.

Arbor View’s 13-acre campus is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood in Arvada, Colorado. The locally owned and managed community features 56 independent living apartments and 32 assisted living residences.

Arbor View is designed for adults ages 55 and older.

Yes. Independent Living residents receive bi-weekly housekeeping services. Assisted Living residents receive weekly housekeeping as part of their accommodations.

Laundry services are included for assisted living residents. Independent living residents have access to community laundry facilities.

Monthly rent includes three nutritious meals daily, housekeeping, utilities (excluding internet, phone and cable), scheduled transportation, concierge and maintenance services, wellness programs, social activities and access to exceptional amenities. Assisted living residents also receive personalized support with activities of daily living, all-inclusive care and laundry service.

Yes, our one-time non-refundable community entrance fee helps offset administrative costs.

No. Utilities are included in your monthly rent. The community covers standard utilities, including electricity, water, sewer, and trash service. Residents are only responsible for optional services such as cable TV, internet/Wi-Fi, and phone service.

The community entrance fee, second-person fee and pet fees are not included in the monthly rent.

No. Our all-inclusive care services, including medication management, are provided at a flat rate and included in the monthly rent for assisted living residents. Our team works closely with residents and their families to determine the appropriate level of personalized care and support based on individual needs.

Yes, we have ample on-site parking for residents, team members and guests. We also offer scheduled transportation at no additional cost.

Arbor View offers quality respite care with a 2-week minimum stay. Our fully furnished apartments and welcoming environment provide a comfortable temporary home for seniors recovering from injury, transitioning from a hospital stay or needing short-term support while family/caregivers travel or take a well-deserved break.

We offer a variety of floor plans with either full kitchens or kitchenettes, providing flexibility to suit each resident’s lifestyle and preferences.

Residents enjoy three gourmet meals served daily in our restaurant-style dining room, featuring expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. For those who prefer to cook, select apartments feature kitchens or kitchenettes that offer the convenience and flexibility of preparing meals at home.

Yes. Arbor View Senior Living is a pet-friendly community and every apartment features a private walk-out patio with easy access to outdoor space. There is a one-time refundable pet deposit and a small monthly pet fee.

Arbor View Senior Living is a private pay retirement community and does not accept Medicaid or Medicare. We do accept some long-term care insurance and Veterans Administration Aid and Attendance benefits. Contact our sales team at 303-268-4747 for more information.

Yes. Team members are on-site 24/7. We also offer emergency call systems in all our apartments and emergency alert pendants are available upon request.

Yes. Arbor View Senior Living’s team members are trained to provide person-centered care focused on supporting each resident’s individual needs. The community also follows the principles of the Eden Alternative philosophy, emphasizing whole-person wellness and meaningful engagement.

Individual care plans are crafted in concert with caregivers, family and residents. This plan is developed upon moving into Arbor View Senior Living and is adjusted as an individual’s needs evolve.
