Executive Director Nikki Overby’s family is woven throughout the community. Her brother, Kevin Frary, serves as Maintenance Director. A Lifelong Connection to Senior Living
Nikki’s connection to Arbor View began long before she became executive director. As a child, she regularly visited her great-uncle while he lived in the community. Those visits left a lasting impression and helped shape her understanding of the importance of compassion, dignity and meaningful relationships.
She later joined Arbor View as Resident Care Coordinator in 2023. After earning her assisted living administrator’s license, she was elevated to the executive director role in 2024.
Today, she leads a team that embraces the same values she witnessed growing up. “Arbor View truly is a family, in every sense of the word,” Nikki said. “Although I do have family that work here, live here and even visit, I think of all the staff and residents as family as well.”
