ARVADA – The Greater Arvada Chamber of Commerce announced that Sarah Smith, director of sales and marketing at Arbor View Senior Living, was named to its Arvada 2026 Future 20 List in September when the organization turned its focus to young local professionals. Smith was one of 20 emerging leaders under age 40 in business, non-profits, and the community who demonstrated excellence, innovation, and initiative in their profession, according to the Chamber.
Smith oversees sales and occupancy efforts at Arbor View Senior Living, including community outreach, resident retention, concierge management, and event marketing. As director of sales and marketing, she builds relationships with local businesses and referral partners, leads community tours, and plans ongoing events for prospective residents. She brings a strong background in senior living and customer-focused service to her role. Previously, Sarah served as memory care director and move-in coordinator at one of Arbor View Senior Living’s sister communities, where she worked closely with residents and families to ensure smooth transitions into the community and provide personalized support. This experience gave her a deep understanding of the needs of seniors and their families, allowing her to guide them toward the right fit for their housing and care needs.
